Rockstar Launches a 34-Track Grand Theft Auto VI Album With Travis Scott, Future and Metro Boomin

Rockstar Games and Atlantic Records have turned the music of Grand Theft Auto VI into a standalone release campaign. “Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album” will arrive November 19, the same day as the game, with 34 original tracks tied to the fictional world of Vice City and Leonida. Six singles are already available through streaming services, and CD and vinyl editions are open for pre-order.

The first wave includes “RHYNO” by Travis Scott; “That’s It” by Yung Lean featuring Future and Metro Boomin; “Sexy Magic” by CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso with PinkPantheress, Fred again.. and Etienne de Crécy; “Last Thing You Need” by Morgan Wallen; “Macacoa 2000” by Rauw Alejandro; and “Bright Lights, Big City” by Keith Richards. Rockstar has not released the complete album lineup, so the remaining contributors should not be treated as confirmed.

The rollout gives Rockstar a second product to market ahead of one of the entertainment industry’s biggest launches. Alongside the game’s digital and console editions, the company is selling multiple physical versions of the album, including standard and limited vinyl packages and a CD. The physical strategy is notable because the game itself is being sold primarily through digital and console-retail channels, while the music is being presented as a collectible object.

The early singles also establish the range Rockstar is using to frame the project. Travis Scott, Future and Metro Boomin supply the clearest connection to contemporary Black rap, while PinkPantheress and Fred again.. broaden the pop and electronic profile. Rauw Alejandro brings a major Latin-pop name into the first announcement, and Keith Richards provides the legacy-rock counterweight.

Rockstar says more information about the game’s dynamic score and in-game radio will follow. That distinction matters: the 34-track album is an original music project associated with GTA VI, not the complete list of songs players will hear across the game’s radio stations. For now, the separate album is the news: Rockstar is treating the soundtrack as a major music release before the game reaches players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
